Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using our mobile application (the "Application"), you ("User" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms"). Use of Virtual Coins
The Application uses virtual coins as a means of playing games within the platform (the "Virtual Coins"). You understand that Virtual Coins have no monetary value, do not represent real-world currency and cannot be converted into cash or other forms of payment.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay for any fees associated with using the Application in accordance with our published rates and terms. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by us.
User Conduct
You must use the Application only as permitted under these Terms, applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any conduct that might be considered unlawful or contrary to public morals. We reserve the right to monitor your activities within the Application and terminate your account if we reasonably suspect you have breached our policies.
Warranty Disclaimer
